Rainbow Bridge Memorial

Dearly missed by Yumi and Bob Burnett and Filly

Last Sunday was a sad day. Our beloved, beautiful blue fawn greyhound, Katie crossed the bridge.

Just 30 days before her 14th birthday, her left leg gave out. The X-rays confirmed dreaded osteosarcoma, bone cancer.

She departed peacefully surrounded by greyhound sister Filly, Dad Bob and Mom Yumi.

RIP Katie, until we meet again. Thank you for wonderful 9 years.

You were one of the very best dogs ever, perfect in every way.

A greyt ambassador in parades, meet and greet booths, home visits and you influenced many families to greyhound adoptions.

I’m sure your greyhounds sister Stormie, brother Marino and the kitty cat, Hailey welcomed you at the Rainbow Bridge.

We miss you so much….
