Dearly missed by Barry and Sheila Caillier and family

At 12 noon today, December 6th my wife Sheila and I, Evan and Sarah, said goodbye to our friend and companion Cooper (Pat C Recuperate). Cooper came into our lives December 9th, 2000, almost 10 years ago to the day.

If there ever was an ambassador for rescuing a Greyhound it was Cooper. His sweet, friendly disposition and his beautiful, big brown eyes would invite you in, then his ears would go up and your heart would melt.

From his smile when he saw me grab the leash, to his puppy-like jumping up and down when we came home from work, Cooper was far more than a rescued greyhound, friend or companion. He was one of us.

Cooper made our lives so much fuller. We miss him terribly.
