Comments: Billy is a happy, fun, friendly boy. He is a playful boy and eager to please. Billy will need an adult-only home without cats or small dogs. He does fine as an only dog. He would do best in a home with a fenced yard rather than an apartment/condo/townhome. Billy has lived in a home, but was returned. Billy came to us from South Korea.
