| Comments: Heath is a beautiful red fawn. He's just 2 years old
and has an abundance of puppy qualities. This shy boy likes to carry shoes, paper &
toys around to new locations. (every morning Dave goes on a shoe hunt) While Heath is startled by
noises and sudden movement with time and a little effort he is coming out of that shell.
Heath is becoming a playful pup and will chase Dave, his foster dad, around the front
yard. Heath is cat safe and gets along with other greyhounds. He will do best in a home
that has children around 9 or 10 years of age and up. He loves to go for walks and does
well on leash. Heath also has learned to use the dog door. This young boy is very
affectionate and likes to be near his human. It could take 4 to 6 weeks for Heath to
adjust to new surroundings (only as far as being playful and seeking attention) but the
rewards from this gentle, sweet boy will be worth the effort. |
